However, open rates and click-thru rates have decreased slightly. In Q3 2008 open rates averaged 19.8% down about 4.1% when compared to Q3 2006 open rates of 23.9% . Click-thru rates in Q3 2008 averaged 7.3% down about 1.4% when compared to Q3 2006 click-thru rates of 5.9%.
